Michael Samuel, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Samuel graduated with a B.S. degree in engineering with honors from the University of Madras, India. He has over 27 years professional experience, spending the past 10 years working in the GIS industry. Michael founded Nobel Systems in 1992 and has helped the company grow significantly over the last 4 years. Michael Samuel was honored as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year of the Inland Empire in November, 2003.

Audrey Samuel, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Samuel has over 10 years experience in managing the accounting and finance department within Nobel Systems, which includes the day-to-day management of the accounting functions and systems.

Mrinal Singh, Managing Director - Nobel Systems' India Office
Mr. Mrinal Singh is an Engineer MBA with 25 years of rich IT Experience. He has worked with many Fortune 500 Corporations as well as managed City and State Government Projects, many of them in an Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model.

He comes with an extremely strong Software Development background with many years of experience developing GIS enabled, customized applications for the Government and utility industries. He has been a long time consultant for the City of Philadelphia, one of the pioneers in the use of GIS enabled applications.

He has held many Senior Roles and has been responsible for Organization growth, Practice building, Capability building, Delivery Excellence, setting up high performance teams and incubating the next level of Leaders.
