GeoNobel to Digitize Murcia Water District Water Maps

The Murcia Water District (MWD) has contracted GeoNobel to digitize its water maps into a geospatial format. GeoNobel is the Philippine arm of Nobel Systems.

MWD is a local water company owned and operated by the Philippine government and provides water services to approximately 5,000 customers.

GeoNobel’s intelligent water system helps streamline operational workflows and dramatically improves vital water utility infrastructure maintenance.

The implementation and deployment of GeoNobel’s products also meet critical objectives and enables the planning and expansion of water services.

MWD’s General Manager Engineer Winston Makilan is at the forefront of applying new technology for the district. Thus he adopted the utilization of Nobel’s GeoViewer Online and Mobile solutions for MWD.

MWD is the first in the province of Negros Occidental to leverage 21st-century technology to enhance operational processes and collaboration across the organization.

The water district is now a pillar for an enterprise GIS System, which neighboring water districts can benchmark, and they proudly endorse GeoNobel’s solutions and services.
