One of our long standing customers, the Rowland Water District in Rowland Heights, CA, organized a workshop to showcase GeoViewer and how it is making a very positive impact and saving substantial money to them by using this state of the art technological innovation. Several potential customers as well as a few existing customers were invited.

The workshop started with a welcome by Tom Coleman, the General Manager of the District and Michael Samuel, the President of Nobel Systems.

GeoViewer Mobile was prominently highlighted as the crucial system to help manage their daily workflows. Dusty Moiso, the Water Systems Supervisor showcased how they use work orders generated from GeoViewer. He also showcased how his field staff enter data from pump stations, reservoirs, tanks etc very easily through the iPad. Allen Davidson, the Field Operations Supervisor showcased how service order requests get populated on the iPad directly from their Caselle billing system, and is then worked on by the field crew. In addition he showed how data from valves while being exercised is pushed via Bluetooth seamlessly to an iPad without any manual intervention. He also showed how the District manages and marks their USA DigMark tickets through the app on the iPad. Both Dusty and Allen were very comfortable in using the App, due to its ease of use and extremely fast response times..

A few of the attendees stated that they would move ahead with our App, and one of the major reasons was that if the customer could present it so well, it must be an excellent system. A couple of photos of the presentation and attendees is attached.
