The Twain Harte Community Services District, located in Tuolumne County, Ca., has contracted with Nobel Systems to set up a cloud-hosted GIS system to help manage the districts water and sewage utility systems.
Nobel Systems will implement both GeoViewer Online and GeoViewer Mobile to the district.
GeoViewer allows real-time monitoring of a utility’s assets. GeoViewer’s advanced technology will allow the Twain Harte district’s field staff to view, analyze and collect data, online or offline in real time.
Nobel’s GeoViewer smart-mapping technology makes identifying utility line problems and the submission of work orders quick and easy while in the field. The desktop and mobile applications make syncing a snap between the field and the office.

Nobel Systems will provide its Sewer Line Cleaning Module, Sewer MH Inspection Module, Valve Exercising Module, and Hydrant Flushing Module to Twain Harte.
Twain Harte provides water, sewer, park and recreation, fire protection and hydroelectric services to the Twain Harte community.
Its formation resulted in the consolidation of three districts whose service to the community dates back as far as 1935 – Twain Harte Fire Protection District, Tuolumne County Water District No. 1 and Twain Harte Recreation and Park District.
Mission Viejo to Utilize GeoViewer Online and GeoViewer Public
Nobel Systems will provide the City of Mission Viejo, Ca. It’s GeoViewer Online and GeoViewer Public cloud hosted GIS services.
Nobel’s PublicView allows utility and government agencies to publish search-friendly, interactive smart maps to their publicly accessed websites.
Paired with Nobels’ GeoViewer Online spatial analysis and geospatial platform, PublicView offers interactive smart-mapping for communities and businesses. It offers the latest information for public engagement and collaboration.
PublicView is available via any web or mobile browser.

Mission Viejo will use Nobel’s GIS services to gather and analyze leased parcel data, the development of data layers and city-owned data layers.
Areas that are included in the data services are Orange County, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and Aliso Viejo.
